I am a 16 y/o guy with an 11 y/o little sister who is the strongest person that i have ever seen. She is a girly girl but she is really into sports. She is about 1.5' taller than me and about 30lbs heavier than me. She stronger than me, tougher, faster, and smarter. Once we discovered that she is stronger than me, she often makes me wrestle, arm wrestle, do tests of strength like we hold eachother's hands and we push as hard as we can, or lifting weights. Going up against my little sister is wrestling for me is like trying to pin a huge boulder; if she wants to tease with me (which she often does), she pretty much just stands in one place while i get tired out from trying to pin her. But when she wants to pin me, she can do it withing the first few seconds of the match. In arm wrestling, the first time we did we arm wreslted with both hands, and she beat me with ease. Now since we discovered that she is that strong, she gives me a head start and lets me use 2 hands while armwrestling, and i still loose, she has never lost in armwrestling againts me. Then from the first time we ever did a test of strength she said to me 'You use 2 hand's and i will use 1.' I said, 'I don't need to use 2 hands.' And then she said 'Use 2 hands against my 1 or i will beat you up!' And with me now knowing how much stronger she is then me, i happily agreed to avoid getting beat up. I use 2 hands against her 1 hand now, and she always wins. Last but not least, we did weight lifting. And what can i say about that, ofcourse she outlifted me by alot. If i only lifted like 10 pounds with both arms, she lifted 15 pounds with 1 arm. After all this testing was complete, we compared biceps and abs. The size of her arms made my arms look like twigs, and her nicely toned 6 pack made my stomach look like a piece of flat board with no muscles. So yes, we discovered that she is alot stronger than me. Thats when she started using her strength to her advantage. She would start to command me around the house, overpower me, dominate me, and remind me everyday of who is the stronger sex by challenging me to wrestling and arm wrestling. And on top of everything, when we wrestle or armwrestle, she wears only her bra and underwear so that i can be reminder of her muscular body while we fight. To this day, she had doubled in size. Her biceps are thats much bigger, and her abs are that much more toned. She has humiliated me also infront of friends and at school. And there have been times when i have refused to do something for her or get something for her and she would grab me by the wrists, twist them behind my back and push me to her room where she would beat me and keep beating me untill i say 'OK' to whatever she wanted. Or instead of twisting my wrists, she literally picks me up and carries me to her room. Thats another thing, we tried to pick eachother up, i picked her up and couldn't hold her for more that 10 seconds, and she held me up for 10min (she could have done more but she got bored of carrying me). So, to tell you the truth, i am terrified of my little sister, she has become the most strongest person i have ever seen in my life and she uses that strength to her advantage. I am afraid of her and getting beat up by her so i am pretty much her slave now. So my question is: Is there anyone else who is going through something like this?
